Our stunning apartment in South Beach, Miami Beach has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and has capacity for 6 people to sleep on 1 king and 3 queen beds comfortably. The apartment (1,088 ft²) is bright, modern, with the bay front balcony that offers wonderful sunsets every night! It is located 9 miles from the airport. Famous Ocean Drive (and beach), Espanola Way and Lincoln Road are walking distance. The pool area is what you’re here for. There is a man-made beach with tables and hammocks with beautiful views across the bay. There are cabanas and daybeds along with a kids pool and on weekend, there’s always a party full of beautiful people and cool tunes. IMPORTANT: Upon arrival you will be required to pay the Resort Fee directly to the hotel. $45 per day/per unit plus tax (the amount is subject to changes and is out of our control) to cover all the hotel amenities (WiFi, pool, gym, complimentary drink etc...) by card or cash. BE AWARE: Late check-in fee $75 will be charged if your arrival is between 9pm-10pm. Check in after 10pm is not possible! The newly renovated (2020) hotel has the following: elevator, internet (WiFi), gym / fitness centre, communal swimming pool, communal heated swimming pool, valet in the same building ($50/day).
