Welcome to our newly renovated (2022) house with guest house in Coral Gables*, Miami that provide accommodation to sleep 8 guests comfortably. Front house with 3 bedrooms (3 queen beds) and 2 bathrooms together with the guest house in the back yard consisting of 1 bedroom (1 king bed) and 1 bathroom allow larger group of guests to stay together while offering enough privacy within the same location.
The garden pool (fenced) is what you are here for! Get energized with a refreshing morning swim and mesmerized by the incredible sunset views every night!
The houses (1,400 ft² altogether) have been recently renovated and tastefully designed combining cozy and modern look. In the spacious garden, guests can enjoy numerous comfortable seating areas, sun beds, floating pool seats, dining area and more.
Situated in the picturesque and safe Coral Gables residential area, 6 minutes drive to its center with plenty of shops and restaurants, 30 minutes drive to famous South Beach, and only 10 minutes from the Airport.
The property is equipped with the following: fenced garden, terrace, garden furniture, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, internet (WiFi), 4 TVs (in the front house), iron, hair dryer and free driveway parking.
One of the houses offers an open plan kitchen where refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, kitchenware (pots/pans), plates and bowls are provided.
For your convenience we provide complimentary basics such as 4 towels per bed, 3 toilet papers in each bathroom, mini shampoos and soaps, paper towel, salt and pepper, and welcome drinks such as tea and coffee (more to be purchased in the nearby grocery stores if needed).
Upon arrival you will be provided with the 4-digit code to enter the house.
Security cameras are installed outdoors for your safety.
